About Mary Choe

I come to this work with training as a psychologist and a decade of experience working in the nonprofit sector. I have experienced gender and race based trauma working in the nonprofit field. I’m an Asian American woman, the daughter of immigrants, and a mother. My centering practices include meditation, yoga, kickboxing, and drumming. All of these things deeply inform my coaching.

I specialize in coaching change-makers and in this way, I am coaching FOR change. Coaching is my activism. Providing care and support for the warriors, the helpers, the healers – this is work I feel called to do.

When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.
